Yes, all of our classes follow AHA guidelines and include official AHA certification cards issued the same day as the class. All of our instructors are AHA Certified Professional instructors as well as Active-Duty First Responders with years of EMS experience and training.

How long does a CPR Class take?

Most CPR/AED classes take 2-4 hours depending on group size and skill level.

Do I receive a certification card after the class?

Yes, you'll receive you AHA eCard via email the same day you complete the course. It is valid for 2 years.

Can I renew my BLS or Heartsaver CPR Certification with your class?

Absolutely. Our BLS and Heartsaver CPR classes are open to both new and renewing students. The renewal process is the same as the initial class.

Do you off on-site training for businesses or groups?

Yes! we provide mobile, on-site BLS and Heartsaver CPR training for businesses, schools, gyms, churches and other organizations throughout Middle Tennessee.

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself! We provide all training materials and equipment. Comfortable clothing is recommended, as you will be practicing on manikins.

Do I need any medical background or prior training to take CPR?
