When Seconds Count, Be the One Who Acts

Our courses are designed to build your knowledge, sharpen your skills, and give you the confidence to act quickly when it matters most. We offer both in-facility and on-site training for mid to large-sized groups, led by experienced instructors who ensure you're ready to use your BLS, CPR and AED skills with confidence in an emergency.

What is CPR?

American Heart Association CPR and BLS training prepares you to take action when every second counts. You’ll learn lifesaving techniques such as rescue breathing and high-quality chest compressions to help revive someone experiencing cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke, or drowning—providing critical support until first responders arrive. Our BLS Certification also covers patient assessment, recognizing respiratory distress, and providing choking relief for adults, children, and infants. Whether you’re a healthcare professional or simply want to be ready in an emergency, this training is an invaluable skill for protecting yourself, your loved ones, and your community.

Why Everyone Should Learn CPR:

CPR Saves Lives - Immediate CPR can double or even triple a cardiac arrest victim's chance of survival before professional help arrives.

Emergencies Can Happen Anywhere - Most cardiac arrests occur at home, meaning the life you save is likely to be a family member, friend, coworker or loved one.

Every Second Counts - Without CPR, brain damage can begin within minutes. Knowing what to do ensures you can act quickly and confidently when it matters most!

What to Expect Your Course

Our CPR training is hands-on, interactive, and designed to give you the confidence to act in a real emergency. You’ll learn step-by-step how to recognize when someone needs help, perform high-quality chest compressions, provide rescue breaths, and use an AED effectively. We’ll cover how to respond to cardiac arrest, choking, and other life-threatening emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Taught by experienced first responders, our courses combine clear instruction with realistic practice scenarios, ensuring you leave class with the skills and confidence to save a life.
